    We offer two courses that allow you to fully enjoy the domestic Wagyu beef that Nishiki proudly serves.We offer a 5,000 yen (tax included) course that includes 12 slices of meat from 6 different types, such as "thick-sliced beef tongue" and "specially selected sirloin," and a luxurious 6,500 yen (tax included) course where you can enjoy 14 slices of meat from 7 different types, including 4 types of specially selected meat, such as our carefully selected "specially selected fillet" and "specially selected sirloin."

At Nishiki, we use rice from the rice restaurant Hachidaime Gibe in Gion, Kyoto and Ginza, Tokyo, which has been featured in the media! By comparing the taste of over 200 varieties of rice from all over the country, we understand the individuality and characteristics of each variety, and we provide our customers with ingredients that we have personally verified with our five senses.

Fillet (Chateaubriand) is a rare cut located inside the sirloin and which only makes up about 3% of the cow.We do not specify the origin of the beef, but instead procure carefully selected A4 and A5 grade beef each time.Enjoy this most tender piece of beef grilled with salt or sauce.
